Winter's Heart
Why should winter heart weep,
When peaceful snow into ground does seep,
And why regret what ends to us bring,
Quiet broken into by chaotic summer and spring,
And when fond gray skies to blue do fade,
Why turn from blue to gray with tearful farewell made,
And oh, when wretched sun into chroma colors force,
To make winter heart to await year's course -
But why should winter heart weep,
When tomorrow's morrow snow again grows deep?
